Year 'round
Along with our scheduled events we also cater to small wedding and baby showers as well as corporate events or other
private events of 30 people or less. Call us at (540) 987-9292 to make reservations for a
fun, relaxing time.
Sunset and Salsa – August 10th 3:00 - 5:00 pm
The winery will close early to the general public for this special event. The cost is $25/person. The afternoon will begin at 3 pm with a wine tasting of several of our best wines,
followed by Salsa dance instruction by Michele Adams from The Ballroom of Centerville. Kick up your heels, then relax with a complimentary glass of our
Sunset wine and, what else - salsa and chips! We are limiting the event to 25 people (dance partners are suggested but not required) so make your
reservation with Ellen ASAP at ellen@gadinocellars.com.
Sunset in the Vineyard – August 30th
Enjoy the sunset, watch the moonrise over the Blue Ridge Mountains and listen to Robbie Limon sing your all-time favorites.
Please bring a picnic dinner to enjoy with our wines. Live music from 5:00-8:00.
A Toast to Teachers – September 1st
It's back to school time! Parents can celebrate and teachers can stock up. Educators and school staff receive free
tastings and 10% discounts on our wines.
Grandparents Day – September 7th
Guiseppe Mazzini said, "Family is the country of the heart". On past visits, you may have noticed the Gadino
grandchildren trailing behin Poppi in the vines or helping Nonna in the garden. Now we'd like to see your
favorite faces! Bring in a picture of your grandchildren and receive 10% off your total purchase.
Harvest Celebration – September 27th
Join la familia Gadino for our harvest celebration featuring singer/songwriter Danny Schneible (www.fossilmusic.com).
Enjoy our wines along with great music and scenic fall views. This is a Blue Ridge Wine Way event with
many participating wineries celebrating (www.blueridgewineway.com) No reservations needed.
Military Appreciation Day– November 9th
We will be celebrating Veterans Day by serving up All-American appetizers and offering 10% discounts on all
wine purchases to anyone with a military ID.
Holiday Shopping – December 1-31
We are proud to present our hand-crafted Gadino Cellars Holiday Ornament and other holiday merchandise. We look
forward to seeing over the holiday season.

Montpelier Wine Festival, Orange, VA– May 3rd & 4th
The Montpelier Wine Festival is a premier spring event for the whole family. Held annually on the grounds of Montpelier, the lifelong home
of James Madison, the fourth President of the United States and the "Father of the Constitution," the Festival showcases distinctive arts and crafts;
specialty food vendors; live music; "cooking with wine" classes; children's entertainment and rides; and tastings all day.

23rd Annual Virginia Wine and Craft Festival, Front Royal, VA– May 17th
The gates open at 10a.m. and close at 6 p.m. Come join the fun along with us along with other Wineries,Artists and Crafters from all over the east coast. Find
anything from fine handmade jewelry, hand painted wine glasses, hand crafted musical
instruments, pottery to iron work. Plenty of fun for the entire family including a children’s area.
27th Annual Vintage Virginia Wine Festival, Bull Run Regional Park, Centreville, VA– May 31st & June 1st
Arguably the largest and longest run wine festival in Virginia. A day time event; festival and ticket information

Mount Vernon Wine Festival, Mt. Vernon VA– October 3, 4 & 5
Join Mount Vernon in its rain-or-shine fall celebration of the history of the Virginia wine industry on the east lawn overlooking the Potomac River.
Participants sample wines from award-winning Virginia wineries, learn about the successes and failures of our Founding Father’s wine endeavors, enjoy live blues, and meet “George Washington” on the Mansion's piazza.
Guests have the opportunity to experience an evening tour of George Washington's home and are invited to visit the rarely-open basement cellar vaults where he stored his wine. The Shops at Mount Vernon will be open for early Christmas shopping.

Shenendoah Valley Hot Air Balloon & Wine Festival, Historic Long Branch, Millwood VA– October 18 & 19
What could be better, beautiful Hot Air Balloons, fall foilage and fantastic Gadino Wine! Come visit us at Historic Long Branch for this eclectic
event and our first time at this venue. All the information you need to secure a ticket, lodging, directions of just general information
can be found at http://www.historiclongbranch.com/balloonfest/. The Festival is also during the evening of Friday the 17th but we will not
be attending that segment of the festival. See you there for the beautiful fall foilage and elegant wines.
